摘 要:通过对微波协同二次负载改性活性炭工艺处理模拟印染废水的研究及在微波连续流中的初步应用,为下一步该工艺应用于微波连续流反应器中提供理论依据.主要考察了改性活性炭的投加量、微波辐照时间、微波功率、废水pH和废水初始质量浓度的变化对处理效果的影响.结果表明:色度的去除率随改性活性炭的投加量增加而增加,随微波时间增长而增加,随微波功率的上升而增加;对TOC的去除率总体维持在80%左右;脱氮率随着条件的变化有增有减;除磷效果在碱性条件下明显优于在酸性条件下.该工艺用于连续流中效果良好,TOC和色度去除率达75%.To provide a theoretical basis for the next step in microwave continuous flow reactor,The paper research on the treatment of simulation of printing and dyeing wastewater by microwave assisted with modified activated carbon and the preliminary application of MCR(Microwave Continuous Reactor).This paper studied the factors included that modified activated carbon dosage,microwave irradiation time,microwave power,pH of wastewater,initial concentration of wastewater.The results show that color removal rate increased by the increase of the modified activated carbon dosage,the increased microwave irradiation time,the enhanced microwave power;the removal rate of TOC is generally maintained at about 80%;microwave power played no effect on nitrogen removal;phosphorus removal in alkaline conditions were obviously better than in acidic conditions.This process for MCR performs a good effect 75%removal of TOC and color.
