摘  要:目的:探讨β-胶原降解产物(β-crosslaps)、血清组织蛋白酶K(Cathe K)在骨质疏松诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取接受骨密度检测的受试者289例,其中骨量正常者76例(骨量正常组),骨量减少者91例(骨量减少组),骨质疏松者122例(骨质疏松组),检测受试者β-crosslaps、Cathe K及骨密度(BMD)。结果:骨质疏松组β-crosslaps和Cathe K分别为(0.97±0.14)ng/mL和(35.22±9.76)ng/L,明显高于骨量正常组和骨量减少组(P<0.05);骨质疏松组BMD明显低于骨量减少组和骨量正常组(P<0.05),骨量减少组BMD低于骨量正常组(P<0.05);骨量正常组和骨量减少组β-crosslaps和Cathe K比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);β-crosslaps、Cathe K和BMD呈负相关(r=-0.344和-0.301,P<0.05),而β-crosslaps和Cathe K之间无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:血清-crosslaps、Cathe K在骨质疏松诊断中有一定的价值,其水平与骨密度有相关性。Objective: To investigate the application value of collagen degradation products(β-crosslaps), serum cathepsin K(Cathe K)in the diagnosis of osteoporosis. Methods: 289 patients who accepted bone mineral density test were selected, among them, 76 cases of normal bone mass(normal bone mass group), 91 cases of bone mass reduction(bone mass reduction group), 122 cases of osteoporosis(osteoporosis group). Subjects β-crosslaps, Cathe K and bone mineral density(BMD) were detected. Results:Osteoporosis group β-crosslaps and Cathe K were(0.97 ± 0.14) ng/mL and(35.22 ± 9.76) ng/L, significantly higher than the normal bone mass group and osteopenia group(P〈0.05). The BMD in the osteoporosis group was significantly lower than that in the bone mass reduction group and the normal bone mass group(P〈0.05). The bone mass reduction group BMD was lower than the normal group(P〈0.05). The normal bone mass group and bone mass reduction group β-crosslaps and Cathe K had no significant differences(P〉0.05). β-crosslaps, Cathe K was negatively correlated with BMD(r=-0.344 and-0.301, P〈0.05), but no correlation between β-crosslaps and Cathe K(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Serumβ-crosslaps, Cathe K has certain value in the diagnosis of osteoporosis, and its levels are correlated with bone mineral density.
