摘 要:以大间隙磁力传动系统的电磁体为研究对象,研究了电磁体铁芯材料与结构参数对系统驱动能力的影响,确定了电磁体铁芯采用Z10-T25取向硅钢片可提高系统驱动能力;根据所建立的系统启动过程动力学模型,研究了实现轴流式血泵快速平稳启动的加速控制方法,并将实验数据与理论仿真解析结果进行了对比:在电磁线圈通电脉冲频率从0Hz到150Hz的启动过程中,血泵转速从0r/min加速到9 000r/min,血泵出口压力p和流量Q的实验值均与理论仿真值变化趋势一致。研究表明驱动系统可在4s以内使轴流式血泵的输出压力和流量达到控制目标值。The electromagnet of large gap magnetic drive system is the research object. The effect of electromagnet core material and structure parameters on the system driving capability was researched. The electromagnet core made by the ZlO-T25 oriented silicon steel sheet was determined. So the system driving capability can be improved. According to the dynamic model of the sys- tem starting process, the acceleration control method of large gap magnetic drive system and starting the axial flow blood pump fast and smoothly was studied. The theoretical simulation and calculation results were compared with the experimental data. When the electromagnetic coil pulse frequency changed from 0Hz to 150Hz in the starting process,the blood pump accelerated from 0r/min to 9 000r/min. The experimental results of the outlet pressure p and flow rate Q of the blood pump are consistent with the theoreti- cal simulation. The drive system can make the axial flow blood pump outlet pressure and flow rate achieve the control target value within 4s.
