摘  要:L形镍片自动上料机应用于电池保护器的生产过程中,能够代替人工将L形镍片放置到治具上。根据镍片结构的特殊性,设计了自动上料机的整体结构,设计并分析了自动上料机的关键部件,包括供料装置、直线送料装置、智能相机和四自由度机械手;介绍了控制系统的软硬件设计。对样机进行调试和运行,并与人工上料方式进行对比,结果表明:所设计的自动上料机整体性能优越,上料速率为90~100pcs/min,较人工上料速率提高了近一倍;产品合格率可达99%,较人工上料的合格率提高了8%。Automatic feeding machine for L-shaped nickel sheet is used in the production process of the battery protector, which can replace person to place L-shaped nickel sheet of right direction to the fixture. According to the particularity of the nickel plate structure, the whole structure of automatic feeding machine were designed, and the key components of the automatic feeding ma- chine were designed and analyzed, including a feeding device, a straight-line feeding device, smart camera and four degree of free- dom manipulator ; the software and hardware of control system in automatic feeding machine was introduced, and design of the con- trol system was completed. The prototype was debugged and tested, compared with the manual feeding method, the result shows that the overall performance of the automatic feeding machine designed is superior,the feeding rate is 90 - 100pcs/min ,which is almost double the rate of artificial feeding;the qualified rate of the product can reach 99% ,which is 8% higher than that of the artificial feeding.
