摘 要:为提高线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)的拉伸强度和模量,扩大其应用领域,将多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)与LLDPE共混,通过熔体挤出-拉伸法制备了LLDPE/MWCNTs复合薄膜.利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X-射线衍射仪(XRD)、拉曼光谱分析和拉伸测试对LLDPE/MWCNTs复合薄膜的结晶行为及力学性能进行表征.结果表明:MWCNTs在基体中分散均匀,形成取向的纳米杂化串晶结构;MWCNTs和LLDPE基体间界面结合力较强;MWCNTs的异相成核作用促进了聚合物分子链的结晶,使结晶度增加;MWCNTs的加入显著改善了复合薄膜的拉伸强度和模量,当MWCNTs的含量为1%时,拉伸强度和模量分别提高了101.8%和117.6%,同时,韧性也提高到原来的2.5倍.To improve the tensile strength and modulus of linear low density polyethylene( LLDPE) for wide applications,LLDPE was blended with multi-walled carbon nanotubes( MWCNTs)to prepare LLDPE/MWCNTs composite films by a melt-extrusion-stretching method. A combination of scanning electronic microscope( SEM),X-Ray Diffractomer( XRD),Raman Spectroscopy and tensile test was used to characterize the crystalline behavior and mechanical properties of LLDPE/MWCNTs composite films. The main results are as follows: MWCNTs is uniformly dispersed in LLDPE matrix and a nanohybrid shish-kebab structure is formed; the interfacial adhesion between MWCNTs and LLDPE is strong; heterogeneous nucleation effect of MWCNTs contributes to the crystallization of polymer molecular chain,leading to an increased crystallinity; both the tensile strength and modulus of LLDPE/MWCNTs composite films are significantly improved compared with LLDPE.For example,increases of up to 101. 8% in tensile strength and 117. 6% in modulus are achieved for samples when the content of MWCNTs is 1%. At the same time,the toughness has been enhanced about 2. 5 times as compared to LLDPE samples.
