摘  要:以相对分子质量为6 000 g/mol的双端环氧硅油与聚醚二胺ED900为原料,异丙醇为溶剂,在82℃下先反应9 h,加入ET-200后继续反应3 h,制备得到三元嵌段共聚硅油,并将其配制成相应的乳液。测试乳液的理化性能,并将其用于羊绒织物的后整理。整理后的织物具有良好的亲水性和舒适手感,与市售硅油整理后的织物无二。还研究了三元嵌段共聚硅油乳液整理织物的最佳条件:乳液固含量为15%,整理温度为45℃,整理后的织物表现出最佳的性能。The ternary block copolymerized silicone oil was synthesized by double epoxy silicone oil (rela- tive molecular mass of 6 000 g/mol) and polyethenoxyamine ED900 as raw materials and isopropanol as sol- vent, which reacted at 82℃ for 9 h, and continuous reaction for 3 h after addition of ET-200. It was prepared into correspond emulsion, and the physical and chemical property of the emulsion was tested. Then it was used in finishing of cashmere fabric. The treated fabric had excellent hydrophilia and hand feeling, which was the same as the fabric treated with the silicone oil on the market. The optimal conditions of fabric treated with ternary block copolymerized silicone oil were analyzed, which was as follows: solid content of the emulsion 15% and temperature 45℃. The treated fabric had the best performance.
