摘  要:以硝酸铜和硫酸锰为原料,利用Zn O对Cu(Ⅱ)、Mn(Ⅱ)的吸附作用制备了Cu(Ⅱ)-Mn(Ⅱ)-Zn O(CMZ)非均相催化剂。运用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和原子吸收分光光度计(AAS)对产物结构和组成进行表征。考察了溶液初始p H、不同金属离子催化剂及用量对催化性能的影响,探讨了降解反应机制。通过监测反应过程中IR和UV谱的变化,对染料降解过程进行初步分析。研究结果表明,在碱性条件下,CMZ非均相催化氧化阳离子蓝X-GRRL效果很好,催化剂可循环使用3次;适合处理阳离子蓝X-GRRL染料废水。With cupric nitrate and manganese sulphate as raw material, the heterogeneous catalyst Cu ( Ⅱ )-Mn( Ⅱ)-ZnO was prepared by the absorption of Cu( Ⅱ ) and Mn( Ⅱ ) ions on zinc oxide. Its structure and component was characterized by XPS and AAS. The influences of initial pH, different metal ion and dosage of catalyst on catalytic performance were investigated. The reaction mechanism was proposed. The change of IR and UV spectrum in reaction process was monitored. So that the degradation process of dyes was analyzed. The experimental results showed that under the alkali condition the heterogeneous Cu( Ⅱ)-Mn (Ⅱ )-ZnO cata- lyst presented high activity to cationic blue X-GRRL. The catalyst could be reused for 3 times and be suitable for treatment of cationic blue X-GRRL dye wastewater.
