摘 要:本文以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯为改性剂,对三元氯醋树脂进行改性,并通过测定羟值和红外谱图考察其性能。用改性后的氯醋树脂制成的导电油墨与PET薄膜之间有着良好的附着力,对印制的导电线路进行导电性和弯折度测试,弯折次数由改性前的2~3次提高到5~6次。改性后的树脂,羟值明显增大且树脂的弯折度随羟值的增大而增大。经红外吸收谱图,发现羟基被屏蔽,说明树脂已被改性。Vinyl acetate copolymer resin is modified by isophorone diisocyanate. The properties of the samples are investigated by determining hydroxyl value and infrared spectrum. The adhesion between the conductive ink made by modified vinyl acetate copolymer resin and PET film is good. The conductivity and bending of printed wiring are tested in this paper, and the number of bends is increased from 2~3 times to 5~6 times after modification. The hydroxyl value of the modified resin is obviously increased, and the bending degree of the resin increases with the increase of hydroxyl value. After infrared absorption spectrum, it is found that the hydroxyl group is shielded, indicating that the resin has been modified.
