中药外敷配合手法推拿治疗跟痛症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药外敷配合手法推拿治疗跟痛症的临床疗效。方法:将120例跟痛症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。治疗组使用中药包外敷后再配合手法推拿治疗,对照组予醋酸曲安奈德注射液加盐酸利多卡因注射液行痛点封闭,局部加用小针刀治疗。2组均以2周为1疗程,1疗程后评定疗效,并观察不良反应和随访期间的复发情况。结果:治疗1疗程后,治疗组总有效率100%,对照组总有效率80.00%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2组患者的疼痛情况均较治疗前改善,治疗组改善情况优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者在治疗过程中均未发现有不良反应。随访期间发现对照组有6例疼痛症状复发,治疗组患者在随访期内未见复发。结论:中药外敷配合手法推拿治疗跟痛症的临床疗效优于西药治疗,改善疼痛明显。对比封闭和小针刀疗法,本方法医疗费用低,为无创治疗,易被患者接受。Objective- To observe the clinical effect of external application of Chinese medicine combined with manual massage for calcaneodynia. Methods： Divided 120 cases of patients with calcaneodynia into the treatment group and the control group randomly, 60 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with external application of Chinese medicine combined with manual massage, while the control group was treated with pain point blocking with triamcinolone acetonide acetate injection and lidocaine hydrochloride injection and local treatment with small needle knife. Both groups received treatment for two weeks as one course. Evaluated the curative effect after one course, and observed adverse reaction and recurrence during the follow-up in both groups. Results.. After one course, the total effective rate was 100% in the treatment group and 80.00% in the control group, the difference being significant（P〈 0.01）. Pain of patients in both groups was improved when compared with those before treatment, and the improvement in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group, differences being significant（P〈O.05）. No adverse reaction was found in both groups during the treatment. During the follow-up, there were 6 cases of recurrence of pain symptoms in the control group, while there was no case of recurrence being observed in the treatment group. Conclusion. The therapy of external application of Chinese medicine combined with manual massage for calcaneodynia has better clinical effect than western medicine therapy, and it can improve pain significantly. In comparison with blocking therapy and small needle knife therapy, this therapy, with low medical cost, is a type of noninvasive treatment easy to be accepted by patients.
