中西医结合治疗未破损型异位妊娠临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗未破损型异位妊娠(EP)的临床疗效。方法:将124例未破损型EP患者随机分为对照组和观察组各62例。对照组予注射用甲氨蝶呤加米非司酮片治疗,观察组在对照组用药基础上联合中药治疗。治疗后比较2组临床疗效,观察包块径长的变化,记录患者月经恢复正常时间、腹痛消失时间。结果:观察组治疗总有效率96.77%,高于对照组的82.26%(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组包块径长比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组包块径长均较治疗前缩短(P<0.05),观察组治疗后的包块径长短于对照组(P<0.05)。经治疗后,观察组月经恢复正常时间及腹痛消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用中西医结合的方法治疗未破损型EP,可提高临床疗效。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of integrated Chinese and wetsern medicine therapy in treating unbroken type ectopic pregnancy（EP）. Methods. Selected 124 cases of unbroken type EP patients and divided them into the control group and the observation group being 62 cases in each. The control group was given Methotrexate for injection and Mifepristone tablets, while the observation group was given Chinese medicine based on the treatment of the control group. After treatment, compared clinical effect of the two groups, observed change of diameter of mass and recorded time for menstruation being normal, time of abdomen pain disappearing. Results： The total effective rate was 96.77% in the observation group, higher than the 82.26% in the control group（P〈 0.05）. Before treatment, compared mass diameter and levels of 15-HCG in the two groups, there was no significant difference（P〉 0.05）. After treatment, mass diameter and levels of β-HCG in the two groups were lower or shorter than those before treatment（P〈0.05）. After treatment, levels of diameter and levels of β-HCG in the observation group were lower or shorter than those in the control group（P〈 0.05）. After treatment,time for menstruation being normal, time of abdomen pain disappearing of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion. Applying integrated Chinese and wetsem medicine therapy can improve clinical effect.
