腹针配合侧卧斜扳法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察腹针配合侧卧斜扳法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将60例符合腰椎间盘突出症诊断、纳入、排除标准的患者随机分为2组各30例,治疗组采用腹针配合侧卧斜扳法治疗,对照组采用电针配合侧卧斜扳法治疗。2组患者均每天治疗1次,治疗10次为1疗程,治疗1疗程后观察疗效。结果:2组临床总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组临床总体疗效比较,经用Ridit分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。治疗后,2组Mc Gill疼痛量表中疼痛分级指数(PRI)、目测类比评分法(VAS)、现有疼痛强度(PPI)评分分别与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组PRI评分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。提示腹针配合侧卧斜扳法和电针配合侧卧斜扳法治疗腰椎间盘突出症均有疗效,且腹针配合侧卧斜扳法在改善PRI评分上优于电针配合侧卧斜扳法治疗,且均未出现不良反应,安全可靠。结论:腹针配合侧卧斜扳法治疗腰椎间盘突出症安全可靠,操作简单,值得在临床上应用。Objective. To observe the clinic effects of abdominal acupuncture combined with lateral oblique pull method for lumbar disc herniation. Methods- According to the diagnostic, incorporating and exclusive criteria, selected 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation and randomly divided them into the treatment group and the control group with 30 cases in each. The treatment group was treated with abdominal acupuncture combined with lateral oblique pull method, while the control group was treated with electric acupuncture combined with lateral oblique pull method. Both groups take 10 times as a treatment period, once a day. After one period of treatment, observed the curative effect. Results.. The comparison of the total effective rates of both groups was not significant difference （P〉 0.05）. According to ridit analysis, the overall curative effect of treatment group was superior to that of the control group, the difference being significant （P 〈 0.05）. The score of pain rating index （PRI）, visual analogue scale （VAS） and present pain intensity （PPI） in McGill pain questionnaire of both groups were compared respectively before and after treatment, the difference being significant （P〈 0.05）. After treatment, compared the PRI score of the treatment group with the control group, the difference being significant （P 〈0.05）, Both the abdominal acupuncture combined with lateral oblique pull method and the electric acupuncture combined with lateral oblique pull method were effective for lumbar disc herniation, safe and reliable. Neither of them has adverse reaction. Conclusion= Abdominal acupuncture combined with lateral oblique pull method for lumbar disc herniation is safe, reliable and easy to operate, which is worth of clinical practice.
