中医推拿联合补肾通痹汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中医推拿联合补肾通痹汤内服治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:选取136例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组各68例。对照组予补肾通痹汤内服,治疗组在补肾通痹汤内服基础上结合中医推拿治疗。治疗后比较2组临床疗效,观察患者治疗前后症状体征积分及日本骨科协会(JOA)下腰痛评分的变化。结果:治疗前,2组症状体征积分及JOA下腰痛评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组症状体征积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),JOA下腰痛评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05);治疗组的症状体征积分较对照组下降更明显(P<0.05),JOA下腰痛评分较对照组下降更明显(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率97.1%,对照组总有效率77.9%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医推拿联合补肾通痹汤内服治疗腰椎间盘突出症,能有效改善患者的症状体征,效果优于单纯服用补肾通痹汤。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Chinese massage combined with Bushen Tongbi tang for lumbar disc herniation. Methods： Selected 136 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation as study objects, and divided them into the treatment group and the control group randomly, 68 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with Bushen Tongbi tang, while the treatment group was additionally treated with Chinese massage. After treatment, compared the clinical effect between the two groups, and observed changes of symptom and sign score as well as Japanese Orthopaedic Association （JOA） low back pain score before and after treatment. Results： The total effective rate was 97.1% in the treatment group and 77.9% in the control group, the difference being significant （P〈 0.05）. No significant difference was found in the comparison of sign scores and JOA low back pain scores between the two groups before treatment （P〉 0.05）. After treatment, symptom and sign scores in both group were lower than those before treatment （P 〈 0.05） , JQA low back pain scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment（P〈0.05）. After treatment, decrease of symptom and sign scores and increase of JOA low back pain scores in the treatment group were more obvious than those in the control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Chinese massage combined with Bushen Tongbi tang for lumbar disc herniation can effectively improve symptoms and signs of patients, the effect being superior to that of pure Bushen Tongbi tang.
