颞下颌关节病的磁共振成像影像诊断的临床价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨颞下颌关节病的磁共振成像影像诊断的临床价值。方法:研究病例为本院于2016年5月至2017年5月期间接收的颞下颌关节病患者,共68例,均采用磁共振成像影像诊断,对诊断结果进行分析。结果:诊断优良率为98.53%。诊断表现为不同程度的关节盘移位,髁突骨质增生,退行性变,活动受限及积液等。结论:采用磁共振成像影像诊断颞下颌关节病具有较高的价值,值得推广。Objective： To investigate the clinical value of magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of temporomandibular joint disease. Methods： Case studies for temporomandibular joint disease patients received in our hospital during the period from May 2016 to May 2017, a total of 68 cases, using magnetic resonance imaging in diagnosis and analysis of diagnostic results. Results： The excellent and good rate was 98.53%. the diagnosis showed different degrees of displacement of the articular disc, condyle bone hyperplasia, degeneration, activity limitation and effusion. Conclusion： The use of magnetic resonance imaging in diagnosis of temporomandibular joint disease with high value,worthy of promotion.
