摘　　要：目的:分析剖宫产术后子宫切口妊娠的超声诊断价值。方法:按照入院顺序抽取我院自2013年6月至2016年12月收治的剖宫产术后子宫切口妊娠患者33例,对其进行阴道彩色多普勒超声检查,观察检查结果。结果 :超声诊断的正确率为84.8%、漏诊率为9.1%、误诊率为6.1%。诊断正确的28例子宫切口妊娠患者中,18例是典型孕囊型、10例是不均质包块型。结论:剖宫产术后子宫切口妊娠患者进行超声检查,取得了较高的诊断价值,诊断准确率较高,值得借鉴和推广。Objective： To analyze the diagnostic value of uterine incision pregnancy after cesarean section. Methods： 33 patients with uterine incisional pregnancy after cesarean section from June 2013 to December 2016 were enrolled in this study. Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography was performed to observe the results. Results： The correct rate of ultrasonography was 84.8%, the missed rate was9.1% and the misdiagnosis rate was 6.1%. The 28 cases correct diagnosis of uterine incision pregnancy,18 cases were typical gestational sac, 10 cases were heterogeneous mass type. Conclusion：Ultrasonography of patients with uterine incision after cesarean section has achieved high diagnostic value and high diagnostic accuracy, which is worth learning and popularizing.
