摘  要:建立了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定日用陶瓷浸出液中镧、铈、镨、钕、钇等5种稀土元素总量的分析方法。选取Rh作为内标元素消除非质谱干扰,在优化后仪器工作条件,测定5种稀土元素标准曲线的线性相关系数均大于0.9992,各元素的方法检出限在0.005~0.085滋g/L,加标回收率在94.7耀102.7%,精密度小于2.7%。A method for the determination of total 5 rare earth elements of La, Ce, Pr, Nd and Y in leaching solution of domestic ceramics by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) was proposed in this paper. With Rh as the interal standard element to overcome non-sepectroscopic interference. Under optimal parameters of instrumentation, the coefficient of linear correlation was above 0.9992 and the limits of detection was 0.005 -0.085 μg / L, the recovery found were from 94.7% to 102.7% and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was below 2.7%.
