摘　　要：为呼吁各国政府强化对"联合国2030年可持续发展议程"11.4及16.10条款的支持,国际图联发布了《图书馆保护文化遗产》声明,声明在总结图书馆参与文化遗产保存和保护多元化路径以及国际图联对图书馆记录性文化遗产保护工作支撑实践的基础上,强调图书馆文化遗产保存和保护工作的若干重点。对声明的背景和内容的分析,以及对国内外图书馆界文化遗产保护实践的对比分析,可为国内图书馆开展文化遗产保存和保护工作提供有益借鉴。Answering the United Nations＇ call for governments to strengthen target 11,4 and target 16,10 in its 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, IFLA released Statement of ＂Libraries Safeguarding Cultural Heritage＂, The statement clarifies libraries＇ role and methods in protecting and preserving cultural heritage as well as IFLA＇s role in supporting documentary cultural heritage. It accentuates several crucial points of libraries safeguarding cultural heritage. The analysis of the context and content of the statement and the comparative analysis of libraries safeguarding culture heritage practices in China and abroad are of great value to Chinese libraries in their implementation of the protection and preservation of culture heritage.
