摘　　要：区块链技术通过分布式数据存储、加密算法、共识机制等技术手段,构建了互联网时代分布式的"公开大账本"。区块链去中心化、信息安全可靠、信任共识的特点,在互联网金融业务领域的信任获取、系统安全性、创新监管模式等方面具有明显优势。相关部门应鼓励区块链技术和业务创新、推动金融监管改革、制定统一的行业标准,以推动区块链技术在互联网金融中的广泛应用。Through distributed data storage, encryption algorithm, consensus mechanism and other technical means, blockchain technology is setting up a public ledger on the internet. Because of the characteristic of de- centralization, Information security and reliability, and mutual trust consensus, blockchain technology has ob- vious advantages in trust acquisitions, system security and innovative supervision in the internet finance. In or- der to promote a wide utilization of blockchain technology in internet finance, the government should support blockchain technology development, encourage business innovation, promote financial regulatory reform and formulate unified industry standards.
