国外高校图书馆数字人文馆员岗位设置研究

摘　　要：本文以国外14所知名高校图书馆数字人文馆员的招聘信息为研究对象,从岗位职责和任职要求等方面进行研究,结合我国实际情况提出了我国高校图书馆设置数字人文馆员岗位的必要性,并在数字人文馆员的选拔招聘、知识更新方面给出了相关建议。This paper studies the responsibilities and requirements of the Digital Humanities Librarian positions shown on the em ployment advertisement of 14 selected famous foreign university libraries. Taking the present situation of domestic college libraries in to consideration, it presents how to distinguish the necessity of setting the Digital Humanities I.ibrarian position and proposes some related suggestions on the selection and knowledge updating of the Digital Humanities Librarian.
