基于机构流向法的北京市医院中医药费用研究

摘　　要：目的:分析2013—2015年北京市医院中医药费用的机构流向及变化趋势。方法:采用个案库汇总法。结果:中医类医院的费用占医院中医药总费用主体;中医类医院收入增加,且增长较快;非中医类医院中医科收入较少,且增长缓慢;结论:中医类医院总体发展较快,但次均诊疗费用低于北京市医院总体平均水平,应合理调整中医服务价格体系;非中医类医院的中医科建设薄弱,应加快中医科室的建设。Objective： To analyze the distribution and trend of Chinese medicine expenditure of hospitals in Beijing from 2013 to 2015. Methods： Case summary method. Results： The Chinese medicine hospital played a predominant role in Chinese medicine expenditure of all the hospitals. The income of Chinese medicine hospital increased on quick speed. The income of Chinese medicine department of non-Chinese medicine hospitals were less and the growth speed was slow. Conclusion： The Chinese medicine hospital developed quickly, but the average medical expenses was lower than the average level of all hospitals in Beijing. It should adjust the price of Traditional Chinese Medicine reasonably. The construction of Chinese medicine department in non-Chinese medicine hospital was weak, which needed to speed up the construction of Chinese medicine department.
