摘　　要：通过对德国、法国两个国家和我国台湾地区DRG实施的过渡期情况进行深入研究,分析两个国家和台湾地区DRG实施过渡期中分组、相对权重、基础费率、医院数量、版本更替及费用等发展情况,总结出过渡期的特点,提出我国实施DRG应借鉴的理念和方法,为我国DRG的开展提供科学依据。By the comprehensive research of the transitional period of DRG implementation in German, France and Taiwan Region, it analyzed the changes of the grouping, relative weight, base rate, hospital amount, version update and cost during transitional period, summarized the characteristics, promoted the concept and method to be references for the implementation of DRG in China, in order to provide the references and experiences for DRG implementation in China.
