摘　　要：总结14例重症特发性肺动脉高压患者肺移植术后合并急性左心衰竭的护理要点:动态评估并维护心功能,容量监测及调控,体外膜肺氧合辅助心功能,机械通气供氧和降低肺水肿,无创通气序贯治疗,早期康复训练。14例均康复出院。This paper summarized nursing experience of 14 patients with idiopathic pulmonary artery hypertension （IPAH）combined with left heart failure after lung transplantation. The key points of nursing included：dynamic eval- uation and maintenance of cardiac function,close monitoring and control,management of extra-corporeal membrane oxygenation,mechanical ventilation and sequential non-invasive ventilation,early ambulation and rehabilitation. All 14 patients recovered and were discharged successfully.
