摘　　要：目的:评价临床药师介入前列地尔注射液静脉炎发生的效果。方法:对比2014年与2015年某院前列地尔注射液静脉炎的发生情况,总结临床药师介入临床药物合理使用的方式和效果。结果:通过临床药师介入,某院前列地尔注射液静脉炎发生率显著下降。结论:临床药师的介入有助于降低前列地尔注射液静脉炎发生的风险,保障患者用药安全、有效。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effects of clinical pharmacists in the intervention of phlebitis caused by alprostadil injection. METHODS The phlebitis caused by alprostadil injection was compared between 2014 and 2015 in a hospital to evaluate the methods and effects of clinical pharmacists in the intervention of rational use of drugs. RESULTS After the intervention of clinical pharmacists, the incidence rate of phlebitis caused by alprostadil injection in our hospital decreased significantly. CONCLUSION The clinical pharmacist intervention reduces the risk of phlebitis caused by alprostadil injection, and ensures the safe and effective use of drugs in patients.
