摘 要:为提高柔性直流换流阀功率模块绝缘设计的可靠性,实现其优化设计,文中主要针对功率模块绝缘试验的实施方法进行研究,提出了一种柔性直流换流阀功率模块电场仿真分析方法。通过对功率模块的工作原理进行分析,建立了功率模块计算模型。进而根据柔性直流换流阀功率模块绝缘试验及电场仿真计算方法,设定相应的边界条件,采用ElecNet电场仿真软件分析了绝缘试验电压下功率模块内部电场的分布特性,最终得到其内部出现较大场强的位置以及对应的最大场强值。对比绝缘试验结果,验证了该电场仿真分析方法的有效性和正确性。文中证明了该方法可为功率模块安全可靠地通过绝缘试验提供保证,从而减小设计周期、节省研发成本。In this paper, in order to improve the insulation reliability of the module, and achieve its optimized design, the method of insulation test on flexible HVDC converter valve power module is studied, and the electric field simulation analysis method of the flexible HVDC converter valve power module is proposed. The calculation model of power module is established through analyzing the working principle of the power module. Then according to the insulation test of the flexible HVDC converter valve power unit and electric field simulation method, the correspond- ing boundary conditions is settled. Afterwards utilizing the electric field simulation software ElecNet, the electric field distribution characteristics in the internal of the power unit are calculated under insulation test voltage. Thus the position of the maximum electric field intensity and the corresponding maximum values of the electric field intensity are obtained. The validity and correctness of the method are verified by comparing the results of the insulation test. It is proved that this method can guarantee the safety and reliability of the power module through the insulation test.
