摘 要:为大规模开展特高压1 000 kV输电杆塔接地装置的冲击阻抗特性测试,采用便携小型化仪器输出小幅值8/20、10/350μs雷电流作为入射波并采集接地装置的暂态响应电压,从而获取接地装置在模拟直击雷、感应雷工况下的冲击阻抗特性。基于标准电阻对仪器进行了试验测试,验证了该装置测试结果的准确性。对上海电网1 000 kV安塘线典型输电杆塔存在地线分流和无地线分流的条件下,对接地装置进行了冲击阻抗特性测试。结果分析表明,便携小型化仪器能够稳定输出8/20、10/350μs雷电流,测试结果以图形化输出,分析结论可以反应雷电流通过输电杆塔接地装置泄放时造成的冲击暂态地电位升,即较工频接地阻抗高许多倍的瞬时冲击阻抗特性。总之,该测试方法适合用于输电杆塔接地装置冲击阻抗的现场测试,为1 000 kV输电杆塔防雷性能评估提供依据。To obtain the impulse impedance characteristics for grounding device of UHV 1 000 kV transmission tower, a small and portable instrument is used as the incident current source to the grounding device. It can stably output the 8/20 μs and 10/350 μs standard lightning currents with simultaneous measurement of the response transient voltage from the grounding device, which simulates the currents of direct and indirect lightning strikes, respectively. Firstly, tests are made to some given standard resistances, and the results show that the function satisfy the veracity need of on-site application. Then, tests and date recording are done to a typical tower of UHV 1 000 kV An-Tong line in Shanghai Area under two conditions, shunt currents and without shunt currents through grounding lines. Results show that the instrument is stable, the testing method is simple, and the test results can accurately reflect the basic physical properties of the grounding device of transmission tower. Anyhow, this method shown in this paper is fit for the on-site test to obtain impulse impedance characteristics for grounding device, which provides a foundation for lightning protection evaluation of the UHV 1 000 kV transmission tower.
