摘 要:气体放电包含大量ns级上升沿m A级幅值的预放电电流,预放电完成后间隙击穿电流高达上kA。为了能安全、准确测量预放电电流,需研制一种新型Rogowski线圈。文中采用在自积分Rogowski线圈出口电阻两端并联贴片瞬态电压抑制二极管(transient voltage suppressor,TVS)的方案,研制了一种带深度过电流保护功能的新型Rogowski线圈。通过大量实验,对自积分电阻和过压保护器参数进行了优化选择,结果表明:满足电流测量灵敏度时,减小积分电阻值以拓宽线圈频带,电阻最优值为10~50Ω;过压保护器响应时间必须短于待测电流上升时间;确保线圈保护峰值电流大于回路最大击穿电流时,须尽量降低TVS的杂散电容,其值不超过0.5~1 nF。测试表明:新研制的Rogowski线圈既能准确测量上升沿小于5 ns的mA级小电流,又能在通过kA级大电流时有效保护后级设备。Gas discharge includes many pre-discharge current pulses with nanosecond-level rise-time and mil- liampere-level amplitude, and the breakdown current after pre-discharge process can reach up to kiloampere level. To measure pre-discharge current safely and accurately,a novel Rogowski coil with the function of overcurrent protection was the self-integral were optimized designed. In the design scheme,a transient voltage suppressor(TVS)was connected in parallel with resistor of Rogowski coiLThe parameters of the self-integral resistor and overvoltage protection device on the basis of many experiments, and the results show that the integral resistor must be decreased for broadening frequency band of Rogowski coil when the measuring sensitivity is satisfied, the optimal value of re- sistance is in the range of 10~50 l~,the response time of the overvohage protection device must be shorter than the rise time of the measured current,and the distributed capacitance of TVS must be reduced to 0.5~I nF when the peak current of the Rogowski coil is larger than the circuit breakdown current.Test results show that the new Ro- gowski coil can accurately measure milliampere-level current with rise-time shorter than 5 ns,and can protect measuring device in the presence of kiloampere-level current.
