摘 要:根据显微镜照明系统的特点,设计了一款适用于裂隙灯显微镜的科勒照明系统,以实现对眼球的照明与检测。将照明系统分为集光镜与聚光镜两部分,集光镜选用三片式结构,聚光镜选用双胶合结构;根据显微镜照明系统要求,利用最小球差公式求解得到集光镜的初始结构,并用光学设计软件Zemax进行优化设计;将聚光镜添加到光路中,进行整体优化,利用TracePro软件对接收面的光照均匀度进行模拟仿真。整个科勒照明光路总长280mm,可变光阑面距离集光镜20mm,距离聚光镜142mm,工作距离95mm,接收面光照度在水平方向上均匀度达到93.9%,在垂轴方向上达到92.5%,光斑边缘光滑,清晰分明。该照明系统整体结构简单,其性能很好地满足了整机要求。In order to realize the illumination and detection for the eye, a Kohler illumination system for slit-lamp microscope is designed according to the characteristics of microscope lighting system. The illumination system is divided into two parts of collecting mirror and condenser, and the collecting mirror consists of three lenses, while the condenser uses a doublet lens. According to the requirements of the illumination system, the initial structure of the collecting mirror is solved with minimum spherical aberration formula and optimized by the optical design software Zemax. The condenser is added into the optical path, the whole optimization is carried out, and the illumination uniformity of the receiving surface is simulated by TracePro. The total length of the Kohler illumination path is 280 mm, the distance between the stop and collecting mirror is 20 mm, the distance from the condenser is 142 mm, the working distance is 95 mm, the uniformity of radiance is 93.9% on the horizontal receiving surface and 92.5 % on the vertical receiving surface. The light spot edge is smooth and clear. The structure of the system is simple and the optical performance well meets the requirements of the slit-lamp microscope.
