摘　　要：高等教育现代化是新时期我国高等教育改革发展的重大使命和中长期目标,是21世纪中叶基本实现国家现代化的必然要求。构建与高等教育现代化目标相适应的多样、开放和协调的高等教育体系,需着力破除多样性和特色化不足、灵活性和融通性不够、协调性和开放性不强等问题。为此,一是要补齐短板,完善学术研究型高等教育、职业应用型高等教育和继续高等教育协调发展的体系格局;二是要优化学科专业结构,建立与产业协调发展的动态调整机制和人才培养结构体系;三是要强调培养制度的个性化、可选择性,建立层级交错、立体开放的管理制度体系;四是要推进分类发展,形成各类高校分工负责、密切配合协作的多样化人才培养网络体系。Modernization of higher education is the great mission and mid - and - long term target of the reform and development of higher education in China in the new era. To build a diversified, open and coordinated higher education system suited to the moderniza- tion goals of higher education, the efforts should be made to get rid of the lack of diversity and features, flexibility and financing, coor- dination and openness. For that reason, the first is to complete the short board, and perfect the system of the coordinated developmeni of academic higher education, vocational applied higher education and eontiffuing higher education. The second is to optimize specialty structure, establishing a dynamic adjustment mechanism and a personnel training structure system for coordinated development of indus- tries. The third is to emphasize the individualization and selectivity of the training system and establish hierarchy staggered and stereo- scopic management system. The fourth is to promote classified development, to form a diversified talent training network system of differ- ent institutions are responsible for division of labor and closely cooperative.
