摘　　要：历经数十年办学实践的艰辛探寻,梅贻琦形成自己独特的创办清华思想。集中体现为"古今贯通、中西融合;教授治校;健全人格;自由、民主;矢志不移、独立自主"为核心的办学思想,使得清华大学成为世界著名的高等学府。采用史论结合的方式,阐述梅贻琦创办清华思想的形成、过程及启示。Mei Yiqi formed its own unique founder of Tsinghua＇ s thoughts after several decades of school running practice to ex- plore. It is embodied in ＂mixing the western thought and Chinese thoughts, linking the past and today, faculty management, perfect personality, freedom and democracy, perseverance, independent＂ as the core of the school of thoughts, the Tsinghua University be- came a world famous institution of higher learning. This paper uses the combination of the way to elaborate the formation, process and enlightenment of the establishment of Tsinghua＇ s thoughts by Mei Yiqi.
