摘　　要：作为新中国档案学的重要奠基者、建设者和见证者,吴宝康在科技档案管理方面进行许多重要探索。他重视科技档案的概念、分类、特点和价值研究,丰富科技档案管理基础理论;他提出科技档案管理的流程和环节,并就科技档案现代化管理、宏观管理和控制提出构想,促进科技档案的科学化管理;他提倡开发科技档案资源为经济建设、科技创新和经济效益服务,以充分挖掘科技档案的价值;他建立科技档案管理专业,丰富科技档案管理学学科体系,拓展了科技档案的研究范畴。As an important founder, builder and witness of Archival Studies in New China, Wu Baokang has made many important explorations in the management of scientific and technological archives. He paid attention to the concept, classification and characteristics of scientific and technological archives and value research, enrich the basic theory of science and technology archives management; he put forward the scientific and technical archives management processes and links, and the conception of modern science and technology archives management, macro management and control is put forward, and promote the sci- entific management of scientific and technological archives; he advocated the development of science and technology archives resources economic construction, technological innovation and economic efficiency, to fully tap the value of science and technology archives; he established science and technology archives man- agement, rich science and technology archives management discipline system, expand the research scope of science and technology archives.
