摘　　要：在分析军队在国家生态文明建设中作用意义的基础上,提出了军队生态文明建设的基本要求,引入生态效率理论分析了营区建设的增量成本和增量效益,构建了军队营区生态效率价值的影响比值模型,探究了军队营区建设可持续发展生态效率的计算方法,提高了可持续发展的军队营区建设与管理工作的有效性,为营区建设与管理工作提供借鉴。Based on the analysis of the role of the army in the construction of national ecological civilization,the basic requirements of the construction of the army＇s ecological civilization are put forward.By introducing the theory of eco-efficiency,this paper analyzes the increment cost and the incremental benefit of the barracks construction,constructs the value-impact ratio model of ecological efficiency value of army barracks,and probes into the calculation method of sustainable development ecological efficiency of military barracks construction,and enhances the effectiveness of the construction and management of military barracks in the sustainable development,and provides reference for the construction and management work of the barracks.
