摘　　要：有机热载体锅炉在企业生产中得到广泛应用,一种产品的生产过程中可能会需要多种热源温度,而受限于企业资金及场地限制,希望能有一种有机热载体锅炉能同时提供多种温度供生产使用。基于此要求,通过温控单元组的使用,设计一种多温段系统来解决此问题,该系统温度控制精确,多温段独立运行,互相之间无干扰,大大降低了企业设备投资成本,更利于企业对热源的管理。Organic heat transfer material heater is widely used in enterprises, a variety of heat source temperatures may be required in the production of a product. Limited to enterprise funds and site, we hope to have a kind of organic heat transfer material heater that can provide multi temperature section of temperature for production and use. Based on this re- quirement, by use of temperature control unit group, a multi temperature section system has been designed to solve this problem, which reduce the investment of equipments greatly and be benefit to enterprises heat source management.
