摘  要:目前普通PVC电缆料低温冲击脆化温度在-15℃^-20℃,但在一些纬度高的地区,如我国东北、内蒙、新疆等地区,以及北欧、俄罗斯等冬季气温常低于-50℃,如果电缆料低温达不到要求,电缆在敷设过程中绝缘及护套往往受到损害,有必要使用耐低温电缆料制备耐低温电缆。本研究主要对高耐寒PVC配方体系进行试制和研究,通过对原材料、改性材料的遴选,确定合适的生产工艺及配方,在保证PVC电缆料满足国标性能的要求下,把低温脆化温度调至-50℃以下,制备出物理机械性能优良,挤出工艺良好,满足耐低温电缆生产要求的高耐寒PVC电缆料,并用制备出的耐寒电缆料进行成品电缆挤制,工艺性能及成品电缆性能检测均符合使用要求。For the current ordinary PVC cable material, brittle temperature by low -temperature impact is between 15 ℃ - 20 ℃. While in some high latitude regions, regions in China as well as northern Europe, Russia below - 50 ℃. If the temperature of cable materials and sheath in the cable -laying process will often get such as northeast China, Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang and other and other regions outside China, winter temperature is often can not meet the requirement of being too low, the insulation damaged. Therefore, it is necessary to use low- temperature - resistant cable materials for the preparation of low - temperature - resistant cables. The research is mainly to trial - produce and study highly cold - resistant PVC formulation system. Through the selection of raw materials and modified materials, appropriate production technology and formula are determined. Ensuring that the PVC cable materials could meet the requirement of the international standard of performance, brittle temperature by low - tem- perature impact is shifted below - 50 ℃ in ways for the preparation of high cold- resistant PVC cable materials with excellent mechanical property and good extrusion process that could satisfy the requirement of low - tempera- ture - resistant cable production as well as for the preparation of cold - resistant cable materials to extrude the fin- ished cable products, in which tests of process performance and cable product performances are accordance with the requirements of the use.
