摘  要:【目的】研究奶牛、犊牛和脐静脉血内脂素、IGF-Ⅰ之间及其与犊牛初生重的相关性。【方法】选取规模化养殖场正常分娩奶牛54头,按犊牛初生重划分为A组(≤40 kg,9头)、B组(40~45 kg,25头)和C组(≥45 kg,20头),分别采集分娩奶牛、犊牛及脐静脉血,ELISA法检测血清内脂素、IGF-Ⅰ含量,分析其间的相关性及其与犊牛初生重的相关性。【结果】奶牛静脉血、犊牛静脉血及脐静脉血中均有内脂素、IGF-Ⅰ表达。随犊牛初生重增加,A组犊牛和脐静脉血内脂素显著低于C组(P<0.05),A组和B组犊牛、脐静脉血IGF-Ⅰ含量均分别显著高于C组(P<0.05),各组其余指标间差异均不显著(P>0.05);奶牛、犊牛和脐静脉血中内脂素与IGF-Ⅰ均分别呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);犊牛初生重与奶牛静脉血内脂素、IGF-Ⅰ相关性均不显著(P>0.05),与犊牛静脉血内脂素呈显著正相关(P<0.05),与犊牛和脐静脉血IGF-Ⅰ以及脐静脉血内脂素呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);奶牛静脉血内脂素、IGF-Ⅰ与脐静脉血和犊牛静脉血内脂素、IGF-Ⅰ相关性均分别不显著(P>0.05),而犊牛静脉血内脂素、IGF-Ⅰ与脐静脉血内脂素、IGF-Ⅰ均分别呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。奶牛静脉血、犊牛静脉血及脐静脉血内脂素、IGF-Ⅰ在公、母犊间差异均不显著(P>0.05)。【结论】奶牛、犊牛和脐静脉血中均有内脂素、IGF-Ⅰ表达;影响犊牛初生重的是犊牛和脐静脉血内脂素、IGF-Ⅰ而非奶牛静脉血内脂素、IGF-Ⅰ;内脂素、IGF-Ⅰ含量在公犊和母犊间差异均不显著。[Purpose] In order to explore the correlation between visfatin,IGF-Ⅰ in cow calf and cord venous blood and calf birth weight( CBW). [Method]54 healthy Chinese Holstein cows,which experienced normal delivery,were used in the present study. The cows were grouped according to birthweight of their calves( group A: ≤40 kg,n = 9; group B: 40-45 kg,n = 25; group C: ≥45 kg,n = 20). Cow,calf and cord venous blood were collected respectively after delivery. ELISA was used to evaluate the level of visfatin and IGF-Ⅰ in serum,the correlation among them as well as correlation with CBW was analyzed. [Result]Visfatin and IGF-Ⅰ expressed in cow,calf and cord venous blood.With the increase in CBW,the visfatin in calf and cord venous blood of group A were significant higher those of group C( P 0. 05),the IGF-Ⅰ in calf and cord venous blood of group A and group B were significant higher than those in group C( P 0. 05),and the differences of other indexes were not significant in groups( P 0. 05). The visfatin and IGF-Ⅰ in cow,calf and cord venous blood had highly significant positive correlation with each other( P 0. 01). CBW had no significant correlation between the expression levels of visfatin and IGF-Ⅰ in cow venous blood( P 0. 05),but had significant correlation between visfatin in calf venous blood( P 0. 05) and had highly significant correlation with IGF-Ⅰ in calf and cord venous blood and visfatin in cord venous blood( P 0. 01). There were no significant correlation between the expression levels of visfatin and IGF-Ⅰ in cow venous blood and those in calf and cord venous blood( P 0. 05); while visfatin and IGF-Ⅰ in calf venous blood had highly significant positive correlation with those in cord blood venous( P 0. 01). Visfatin and IGF-Ⅰin cow,calf and cord in venous blood had no significant differences between the male and the female calf respectively( P 0. 05).
