脑震宁治疗脑外伤后头痛53例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察脑震宁治疗脑外伤后头痛的临床疗效。方法采用自身对照研究,选取南通大学附属第二医院神经外科2014年1月至2015年12月收治的53例外伤性头痛患者资料,评定其服用脑震宁1个疗程(4周)后的治疗效果。治疗期间一律不使用其他镇静止痛药。结果本组53例患者,采用脑震宁治疗均取得了满意的治疗,其中显效23例,有效26例,无效4例。总有效率为92.5%。结论脑震宁治疗脑外伤后头痛,疗效显著,耐受性良好,无明显毒副作用。Objective To observe clinical curative effect of Naozhengning Granules for the treatment of headache after traumatic brain injury.Methods Using self-control study,53 cases of traumatic headache patients were treated by Naozhengning Granules after a period of treatment（four weeks）,to evaluate the therapeutic effect.During the treatment,no other calm painkillers were used in the period.Results In this group,53 cases has achieved satisfied treatment by Naozhengning Granules,including markedly effective in 23 cases,effective in 26 cases,and invalid in 4 cases.The total effective rate was 92.5%.Conclusion Naozhengning Granules have a good effective to headache after traumatic brain injury,and its′ curative effect is distinct,well tolerated,and no obvious side effects.
