摘　　要：脑积水是神经外科的常见疾病之一,脑室-腹腔分流术是治疗脑积水的主要方法 ,而脑室-腹腔分流术后感染是分流失败的主要原因,这使患者再次手术的可能及导致患者智能障碍加重,甚至死亡。该文对脑室-腹腔分流术后感染治疗及预防的研究现状进行综述。Hydrocephalus is one of the common diseases in the Department of Neurosurgery,ventriculo-peritoneal shunt is the main method for the treatment of hydrocephalus.Infection is a major cause of ventriculo-peritoneal shunt failure,which may lead to patients with reoperation and exacerbation of intelligent disorder,and even death.This article reviews the current status of treatment and prevention of infection after ventriculoperitoneal shunt.
