摘  要:炼化企业固定床渣油加氢装置运转周期相对较短,开、停工换剂次数多且占用时间长。中国石油化工股份有限公司抚顺石油化工研究院(FRIPP)对装置开工方案中催化剂干燥、硫化及原料切换等步骤进行了考察,将渣油加氢处理装置停工、换剂和开工的时间由30 d左右优化为18~20 d,在采取取消催化剂脱水步骤、简化催化剂硫化和原料切换步骤等措施后,装置开工时间由优化前预定的8 d缩减为5 d。以中东渣油为原料,在体积空速为0.34 h^(-1)、氢气分压为14.7 MPa和反应平均温度为370~375℃的工况条件下,在中型试验装置开工过程中对优化方案进行了考察,结果表明:催化剂活性与传统开工方法相当,提温速率为0.052℃/d,经过加氢处理后的生成油稳定性良好,可作为优质的重油催化裂化进料。The fixed-bed residue hydrotreating unit was short in operation cycle,and numerous and long in the start-up and shut-down for catalyst change-over.Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum Petrochemicals(FRIPP) has made testing studies on the catalyst drying,pre-sulfiding and feedstock switch-over,etc in the start-up procedures of the unit.The time for unit shut-down,catalyst change-over and start-up was optimized to 18~20 days from 30 days.In addition,the 8 days for start-up were reduced to 5 days by eliminating dehydration procedures for catalysts,simplifying the procedures for catalyst pre-sulfiding and feedstock switchover.The optimization of start-up was performed on a pilot plant with residue from Middle East crude oil as the feed under the operating conditions:LHSV of 0.34 h^(-1),PH2 of 14.7 MPa,and average reaction temperature of 370~375 ℃.The results showed that the activity of the catalyst is similar to that for the conventional startup method.When the temperature rising speed is 0.052 ℃/day,the hydrogenated residue is good in stability and is the desirable feed for RFCC unit.
