摘 要:陕西延长石油(集团)有限责任公司延安炼油厂两套烟气脱硫装置存在外排浆液氨氮含量较高的问题,严重影响了第二污水场的平稳运行。经分析发现,外排浆液氨氮主要来自烟气中的NH_3与污水中阴离子形成的盐。参考国内同类型装置的运行情况,提出调整再生器操作、采用直接汽提法和改进的汽提法3种措施对外排浆液进行脱氨氮处理。结果表明,调整再生器操作和直接汽提法两种方案的效果较差,但将400 kt/a催化裂化稳定塔改造成外排浆液汽提塔进行脱氨氮后,通过注碱调节脱硫废水处理单元(PTU)出口污水pH值在10.0左右时,可将氨氮质量浓度由526.7 mg/L降至50.0 mg/L以下,脱除效率达到了90%以上,解决了催化裂化脱硫装置污水氨氮高的问题。The high ammonia content in FCC slurry for the two flue gas desulfurization units is found to seriously affect the normal smooth operation of the No.2 waste water treatment plant;The economic analysis has found that the ammonia mainly comes from the salt formation between NH_3 in the flue gas and anions in the water.Three measures are recommended to solve this problem including adjusting the operation of regenerator,applying direct stripping,and improving stripping methods with reference to the operations of the similar domestic process units.The results show that the former two methods such as adjustment of regenerator operation and improvement of stripping are poor for reducing the ammonia content.Whereas,after the stabilizer of the 400,000 TPY FCCU is revamped into the stripper to remove ammonia,the ammonia content is decreased from 526.7 mg/L to below 50 mg/L by adjusting the pH of outlet waste water of PTU unit to about 10.0 and the ammonia removal rate is above 90%.The high-ammonia waste water problem of FCC slurry desulfurization unit has been successfully solved.
