摘 要:加氢脱硫(HDS)是生产超低硫柴油的主要技术。为满足日益严格的环保要求,中国石油化工股份有限公司茂名分公司对已建设的2.6 Mt/a柴油加氢精制装置中的FH-UDS催化剂进行了更换。介绍了FH-UDS、FHUDS-6和FHUDS-5加氢脱硫催化剂,并对它们在该装置上的工业应用情况进行了对比分析,结果表明:FHUDS-6及FHUDS-5加氢脱硫催化剂相比于FH-UDS,比表面积相对更大,能达到200 m^2/g以上,耐压强度更高;脱硫、脱氮性能及稳定性更好,在原料油硫质量分数达12 000μg/g以上及装置处理量达350 t/h的高负荷生产情况下,能生产出硫质量分数低于15μg/g的低硫柴油。如果对操作条件进行适当调整,还可以生产出硫质量分数小于10μg/g的超低硫柴油;经过两次标定,更换后的FHUDS-6和FHUDS-5催化剂能满足该装置生产超低硫柴油和高负荷运行的要求。Hydrodesulfurization is the main process for producing ultra-low sulfur diesel.SINOPEC Maoming Petrochemical Company has replaced the FH-UDS catalyst in the 2.6 MM TPY diesel hydrotreating unit to meet increasingly stringent requirements for environmental protection.The FH-UDS,FHUDS-6 and FHUDS-5 hydrodesulfurization catalysts are introduced,and their applications in the commercial units are analyzed and compared.The results show that,as compared with FH-UDS hydrodesulfurization catalyst,the FHUDS-6 and FHUDS-5 hydrodesulfurization catalysts have a greater specific surface area of over 200 m^2/g or much higher compressive strength;Their desulfurization and denitrification activities and stabilit IES are better than those of catalyst FH-UDS.The low sulfur diesel oil with sulfur mass fraction of less than 15 μg/g can be produced in the high load production with the feedstock's sulfur content of 12 000 μg/g or higher and at a capacity of 350 t/h.When the operating conditions are adjusted,the ultra-low sulfur diesel with a sulfur mass fraction of less than 10 μg/g can be produced.In the two performance tests,the FHUDS-6 and FHUDS-5 catalysts meet the requirements for ultra low sulfur diesel production and high load operation.
