摘  要:制作了钛合金疲劳裂纹试样,然后对试样进行吹砂、打磨、酸洗、真空热处理以及喷丸等以获得不同的表面状态。最后对不同状态的试样进行荧光渗透检测和扫描电镜检查,进而得出不同的表面状态对钛合金铸件表面缺陷荧光渗透检测结果的影响情况。试验结果表明:吹砂和喷丸处理较容易造成裂纹缺陷堵塞且喷丸造成的裂纹堵塞尤为严重,影响缺陷的检出;打磨和真空热处理不会造成明显的缺陷开口的堵塞;而酸洗处理会充分暴露缺陷,利于缺陷的检出。The fluorescent penetrant inspecting contrastive experimentation is performed on titanium alloy fatigue crack samples of different surface states as treated by the blowing sand, burnish, chemical etching, vacuum heat treatment, shot peening and so on. And the defect areas are inspected by scanning electron microscope, then the result is finally got. The results indicate that the cracks will be easily jammed by blowing sand and especially shot peening resulting in defects undetected. The defects will not obviously be jammed by burnish and vacuum heat treatment. Moreover defects will be exposed richly and shall be easy for the inspection after chemical etching treatment.
