细纱机集体落纱装置用摆动轴压装机的设计

摘　　要：为提高细纱机集体自动落纱装置用外摆座装配效率及装配灵活性,实现细纱机集体自动落纱的可靠性、准确性、同步性和一致性,分析集体落纱过程中满管落纱和装空管流程,外摆座设计的重要性及影响其灵活性的因素;详细论述设计要求、技术要求和上模压头、导引柱及摆动轴压装夹具等设计结果。指出:采用油压机压装装配,可降本增效,确保外摆座装配后手转灵活,保证集体落纱动作准确、可靠。To improve assembling efficiency and flexibilty of the swing shaft pressing machine for the collective auto doffing device, realizing the reliability, accuracy, synchronization and con- sistency of collective auto doffing operation on the spinning frame, analysis is done to the flows of both full bobbins and empty bobbins in the process of collective auto doffing, the importance of the swing seat design and factors with the seat flexibility, Detailed description is done to the design result regarding the design requirements, and technical requirements, and the upper die head,guide post and a swing shaft clamping fixture.It is pointed out that application of the oil pressing machine assembly is capable of reducing cost with efficiency improvement, ensuring the hand flexibilty of swing seat assembly when assembled, consequently accurate and reliable action of collective doffing ensured.
