一种新绞边丝在津田驹ZAX系列喷气织机上的应用

摘　　要：为了避免津田驹ZAX系列喷气织机织造时,原绞边丝出现与纬纱混用,绞边丝类型受限、断丝,挡车工私藏绞边轮而导致布面质量差、效率低的问题,提出用一种新型的单丝N 55.50dtex绞边丝代替原绞边丝,并与原绞边丝进行试验对比。指出:使用新绞边丝后,生产成本降低,断丝停台问题得到改善,生产效率和经济效益提高;新绞边丝品种适应性广;使用新绞边丝后操作工的适应性及操作手法有待改善。To avoid the problems with the air-jet looms Tsudakoma ZAX series such as mixture of raw skein filament and weft selvage yarn, limited varieties of skein filament, broken fila- ment,tender possession of twisting wheel without permission causing twisted cloth of poor quality and low efficiency of production,a new skein selvage filament of N 55.50 dtex monofila- ment is introduced replacing the original filament, and test is done in comparison with the origi- nal skein selvage filament.It is pointed out that the use of new skein selvage filament reduces the production cost, solves the problem of machine stop due to filament breaking, consequently improving production efficiency and economic benefit.Operators need to improve themselves in operating skill and adaptability when new skein filament is used.
