摘　　要：针对唇彩杆内外表面脱模易拉伤、变形、脱模困难等问题,设计了1模8腔注射模结构,介绍了塑件成型工艺、流道系统、脱流道机构、脱模机构、型芯等结构的设计,分析了流道的直径和分布、止转档齿、型芯等的结构设计。实际生产证明,该注射模生产的唇彩杆的成型质量良好,可实现大批量生产。In order to solve the problem of score, deformation and difficult to ejection in the forming of precision lip stick rod, an injection mould with 8 cavities was designed. It presented the plastics forming process, and the design of flow channel system, stripping mechanism, demolding mechanism, core and other structures, and focus on analyzing the diameter and distribution of the runner, and the structure design of the locking gear teeth and the core. The actual production verified that the quality of lip stick rod was good and the continuous mass production was achieved.
