摘  要:基于电声脉冲法(PEA)的同轴电缆空间电荷测量系统中,耦合的脉冲直接影响空间电荷的测量波形。因而简述了基于外半导电层脉冲注入法的同轴电缆空间电荷测量系统,测量了10 kV同轴电缆在不同接地点下的空间电荷波形。通过实验和仿真研究了不同接地点、不同电缆尺寸和不同脉冲注入区长度对脉冲注入波形的影响。实验与仿真结果表明:注入脉冲的波形对测量的空间电荷波形有直接的影响,当脉冲由外半导电层注入电缆时,外半导电层的阻抗特性会影响脉冲的注入效果。同时,同轴电缆的接地点和尺寸影响着脉冲的注入,接地点与脉冲注入点的距离越远,耦合脉冲幅值越高。此外,外绝缘层直径对外半导电层等效电阻值也有影响。In the coaxial cable space charge measurement system based on pulsed electro-acoustic (PEA) method, the space charge measurement signal has a direct relationship with the coupled pulse. Firstly, we improved the pulsed elec- tro-acoustic(PEA) space charge measurement technology. Then, we measured the space charge wave of 10 kV coaxial cable with different distances from ground point to pulse injection point. Finally, we experimentally researched the influ- ential factors including different ground points, different cable size, and different length of pulse injection area to pulse injection waveform through simulation. The results show that the injected pulse waveform directly influences the space charge signal. When pulse is injected from cable outer semi-conductive layer, the impedance characteristic of semi-conductive layer can influence the pulse injection. And the grounding point and the size of coaxial cable will affect the injection of pulse. The farther the distance from ground point to pulse injection point is, the higher the pulse amplitude will be. Besides, the diameter of outer insulation can influence the equivalent resistance of outer semi-conductive layer.
