摘  要:为预防因连锁过载跳闸而导致的大规模停电事故,提出了考虑Prim分区和机组调整的连锁故障控制策略。采用Prim算法划分了控制区域,应用相关度矩阵求取了控制位置和相应的控制量。综合考虑事故链发展过程中线路过载和节点电压越限,根据源流路径关系调整了发电机和负荷控制量,同时保证了系统节点电压在正常范围,弥补了以往连锁过载控制较少考虑电压因素的不足。仿真结果表明:控制策略能够避免系统出现连锁过载;Prim算法划分控制区域并将控制范围集中到初始故障发生的区域内,能够减小计算的规模;故障初期以较少的负荷损失阻断事故链发展,能够缩小故障影响范围;机组调整能够进一步降低负荷损失;调节发电机无功功率,减少部分节点电压偏移程度,能够保证控制过程电压安全。研究成果可为进一步研究电力系统连锁故障预防和控制提供参考。To prevent the blackout caused by cascading overload tripping, we put forward an overload control strategy for cascading failures considering Prim partition and generators adjustment. The Prim algorithm was adopted to divide zones, and the control location and control quantity were calculated by correlation matrix. Considering lines overload and volt- age limitation in the development of failure chains, generators and loads were adjusted according to the path between source and flow in order to reduce lines overload and ensure bus voltage in the normal range simultaneously in order to makes up for the deficiency of previous cascading overload control strategies which seldom consider voltage factor. Sim- ulation results suggest that the control strategy can prevent cascading overload in power system; As control area are divided by Prim algorithm, control ranges are concentrated into the area where the initial faults occur, reducing the scale of the calculation; the development of fault chains are blocked with less load loss in the early stage, reducing the impact of failures; generation adjustment further decreases the load loss; reactive power of generators are adjusted to reduce the degree of partial nodes voltage offset, ensuring voltage safety in the control process. Research results can provide a refer- ence for further study to prevention and control of cascading failures in power system.
