摘 要:染料废水由于结构复杂、色度高、难降解成为废水处理的一大难题。吸附法由于操作简单、效果好等优点成为处理印染废水的重要方法之一。本文采用磷酸、过氧化氢改性的废弃茶渣作为一种价格低廉、来源丰富、环保无污染的吸附材料,以酸性橙Ⅱ染料废水作为研究对象,从吸附动力学、等温吸附、pH值的影响等方面探讨改性茶渣对酸性橙Ⅱ的吸附性能。实验结果表明,改性茶渣具有粗糙多孔的表面结构。25℃,pH值为2左右时,磷酸、过氧化氢处理的茶渣对酸性橙Ⅱ的吸附量分别为49.24mg/g和49.03mg/g。随着温度升高,改性茶渣对酸性橙Ⅱ的吸附量增大,吸附过程符合Freundlich等温方程。随着吸附时间的增加,吸附量逐渐增大至平衡,吸附过程符合拟一级动力学方程。pH值增大,改性茶渣对酸性橙Ⅱ的吸附量降低,在pH值为2.0时吸附效果最佳。The treatment of dye wastewater is a serious problem for complex structures and resistant to natural biological degradation. The paper is inclined to present the results of its studies on determining the adsorptive properties for Acid Orange II from the aqueous solution onto modified waste tea-leaves by H3PO4 and H202. In our experiment, the adsorption properties of Acid Orange II have been used to determine the features of the modified waste tea-leaves under the various conditions, such as the adsorption time, the Acid Orange Ⅱ concentration, the temperature, as well as the pH value. The results showed that the surface of modified waste tea-leaves have the characteristics of coarse porous structure. The adsorption capacity of phosphoric acid, hydrogen peroxide modified waste tea-leaves for Acid Orange Ⅱ are 49.24mg/g and 49.03mg/g at the temperature 25℃ and pH 2. Besides, the results gained in our experiment also show that the adsorption of Acid Orange Ⅱ by the modified waste tea-leaves can be affected by the temperature too, for higher temperature benefits the adsorption, which implies that the adsorption belongs to an endothermic process. Adsorption process is fitted very well to the Langmuir isotherm model. At the same time, the dynamic adsorption has to be well fit for the Pseudo-first-order rate model at the various temperatures. The pH value is also an important factor that has effects on the adsorption of Acid Orange Ⅱ onto the modified waste tea-leaves with the increase of adsorption, which can be observed with the pH value decrease and the optimum pH is 2.0.
