摘  要:【目的】研究西瓜果实糖积累及与糖代谢相关酶的关系,为揭示西瓜糖积累机理提供参考.【方法】以籽瓜品种‘靖远大板’(P1)、西瓜‘04-12’自交系(P2)及其杂交的F1代为材料,测定了西瓜果实整个发育期果肉葡萄糖、果糖和蔗糖的含量及蔗糖磷酸合成酶(SPS)、磷酸合成酶(SS)、转化酶(Inv)的活性.【结果】幼果期果实中果糖、葡萄糖和蔗糖的含量都较低,随着果实发育,P1与F1变化趋势相近,变化幅度较小,而P2果实果糖与葡萄糖都是先升高后略有降低,蔗糖含量快速升高成为后期果实中可溶性糖的主要成分(蔗糖/己糖比值0.71).3个西瓜品系果实中酸性转化酶(AI)与中性转化酶(NI)活性都是早期变化缓慢,后期呈大幅度下降;SS活性变化为先升高后下降;SPS活性变化P2一直升高,P1与F1趋势相近,呈先升高后下降趋势,只是F1下降幅度较小.【结论】西瓜总糖含量中果糖和葡萄糖的增加起到一定的作用,但更多的取决于蔗糖含量的增加幅度;高糖西瓜蔗糖的快速积累,与SS、SPS活性的上升和Inv活性的下降有密切关系(P<0.05).【Objective】To study the relationship between the sugar accumulation and enzymes activity of sugar metabolism during fruit development of three strain watermelons.【Method】The raw materials were used as seed-used watermelons(cv.‘Jingyuandaban',P1),high sugar watermelon ‘04-12'(P2)and progeny(F1).The content of glucose,fructose and sucrose,and the activity of sucrose phosphate synthase(SPS),sucrose synthase(SS),invertase(Inv)were determined during three strain fruits development.【Result】The content of glucose,fructose and sucrose were lower in early stage of development.With the development of fruit,the sugar content of P1 and F1 changed a little,and P2 increased significantly.The glucose and fructose contents increased firstly,then decreased slightly in P2 fruit,late the sucrose content enhanced rapidly,became major component of soluble sugar in late stage of fruit development(sucrose/hexose ratio 0.71).The activity of acidity Inv and neutral Inv changed little in early stage of development,which reduced significantly in late stage of development.SS activity increased firstly then declined later.SPS activity of P2 was higher than P1 and F1,which enhanced firstly then reduced in P1 and F1.【Conclusion】The increase of fructose and glucose plays an important role in increase of total sugar of watermelon,which depends more on the increased sucrose.A rapid accumulation of sucrose in higher sugar watermelon is closely related with the increase of SS and SPS activities and the decline of Inv activity.
