摘  要:【目的】为提高膜下滴管旱作水稻播种质量,该文分析了膜下滴灌旱作水稻播种机排种器结构和工作原理,并通过试验研究了排种器工作参数和结构参数对播种质量的影响.【方法】以播种机前进速度、容种腔长度和种面高度为影响因素,采用二次正交旋转组合的试验方法,建立各因素与穴粒数合格率的数学模型,分析各因素对穴粒数合格率的影响规律.【结果】各因素对穴粒数合格率影响程度由高到低依次为:播种机前进速度、种面高度和容种腔长度.在前进速度为3.6km/h,容种腔长度为14mm,种面高度为100mm的条件下,排种器穴粒数合格率(6~8粒)最优94.47%.【结论】研究成果可以为膜下滴灌旱作水稻播种机排种器的应用和推广提供了技术参考.【Objective】To improve the quality of rice seeding,the research analyzed the structure and seeding principle of metering device of seeder for aerobic rice with drip irrigation under mulch and research the effect of working and structure parameters of metering device on seeding quality by test.【Method】Taking forward speed of seeder,length of capacity of cavity,height of seed level as factors,using quadratic orthogonal rotation combination test method to establish the mathematical model between these factors and qualified rate of seed number per hill and analyze the effect of the factors on qualified rate of seed number per hill.【Result】Experimental results showed that the influence on the quality of rice seeding from high to low was forward speed,height of seed level and length of capacity of cavity.When their values were3.6 km/h,14 mm,100 mm,respectively,the qualified rate of 94.47% was the best.【Conclusion】This research can provide technical basis for the application and promotion of metering device of seeder for aerobic rice with drip irrigation under mulch.
