手法催乳在提高初产妇母乳喂养自我效能中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨手法催乳在提高初产妇母乳喂养自我效能中的应用效果。方法:选取2015年3月~2016年1月住院分娩的236例初产妇为对照组,实施常规的母乳喂养知识健康教育和母乳喂养技能指导;选取2016年2月~2017年1月住院分娩的240例初产妇为观察组,在对照组的基础上,对乳汁不足的产妇实施手法催乳;比较两组产后3 d、42 d、4个月母乳喂养自我效能评分及纯母乳喂养率。结果:产后3 d、42 d、4个月,观察组母乳喂养自我效能评分高于对照组(P<0.01),纯母乳喂养率高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:手法催乳能有效提高初产妇母乳喂养自我效能,能提高纯母乳喂养率。Objective： To explore the effect of manual prolactin in improving breastfeeding self-efficacy of primipara. Methods： From March 2015 to January 2016 in hospital,236 cases of primipara taken as the control group,was given routine breastfeeding knowledge of health education and guidance of breastfeeding skills; from February 2016 to January 2017 in hospital,240 cases of primipara were taken as the observation group,and the maternal milk shortage mothers were implemented manual prolactin based on the control group. The breastfeeding self-efficacy scores and exclusive breastfeeding rate were compared between the two groups at 3 rd day,42 nd day and the 4 th month after delivery. Results： 3 rd day,42 nd day and the 4 th month after the delivery,the breastfeeding self-efficacy scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group（ P〈0. 01）,and the exclusive breastfeeding rate was higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： The manual prolactin can effectively improve the self-efficacy and exclusive breastfeeding rate of primipara.
