Along the methodology of Marx’s political economy criticism system, this article explores the reasons for the financialization of Japan’s economy from the threetier structure of enterprise, state power and class. At the enterprise level,At the enterprise level, this paper confirms the financialization of the accumulation of activities by observing the structure of enterprise assets, enterprise benefits and expenditure, and points out that the decline of labor distribution rate and the stagnation of capital accumulation rate are the prerequisites. At the state level, the country’s liberalization strategy has significantly contributed to the financialization of the economy.Japan’s economic liberalization reform is the external pressure of the global competition brought about by the opening of the pressure, the internal cause is the ruling class as the bourgeoisie in order to promote the accumulation of financial activities of enterprises, requiring the government to relax financial control. At the class level, this article shows the complex struggle of workers, industrial capitalists and money capitalists around labor distribution rate, productivity and profit distribution, centered on the surplus value.Pointing out that the historical failure of the working class and the internal hegemony of the bourgeoisie are the"plate movement"behind the"crustal change"of financialization.
