摘 要:基于四川省雅安市样本农户的调研数据,采用超越对数随机前沿生产函数模型,对不同林地经营规模的林业生产要素配置效率及影响因素进行理论与实证分析的结果表明:农户林地经营规模与林业生产要素配置效率呈现"倒U型"效应趋势,而且林业生产要素配置效率还存在很大的提升空间;户主受教育程度和林业收入占家庭总收入比例对3个规模组的林业生产要素配置效率都产生明显的正向促进作用;家庭劳动力规模、林地经营规模、人均收入水平对小规模和中等规模组产生正效应,对大规模组产生负效应;家庭成员中是否有外出务工对中等规模和大规模农户组产生显著的负向影响作用。因此,在林地经营管理中,切忌一味追求规模化,应结合林业产业发展方向,通过适度规模经营来最大化改善林业生产要素配置效率水平。⑴Background——With the implementation of forest reform,farmers'enthusiasm had been mobilized in the forest operating,and a new vitality were token into the forestry market.However,the measure of all mountain in the forest reform process made each household forest land very small,which is difficult to form the scale of operation to some extent.The scale of farmland management is the optimal scale of operation.To find out the factor that affects the efficiency of forestry production with different forest land management scale would be helpful to improve the enthusiasm of farmers'forest land management,and then improve the efficiency of forestry production factors by changing the scale of forest management,which have a certain level of practical significance.⑵Methods——Based on Translog Frontier Production Function Model and a large set of first-hand household level survey data from farmers in Ya'an City of Shaanxi province,this paper made an attempt at both theoretical and empirical analyses on the allocation efficiency of forestry production factors in different forest land scale and its influencing factors.For the analysis of agricultural economy,Stochastic Frontier Analysis(SFA)model analysis is more scientific and accurate than Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA)model.⑶Results——The major findings revealed the facts as follows.Firstly,the average allocation efficiency of forest production factor for all the samples is 0.604,so there is still a large improvement room for allocation efficiency of forestry production factor in all the sample household groups.The efficiency level of medium-sized farmers is 0.673,which is higher than that of small-scale farmers(0.586)and large-scale farmers(0.497).Therefore,the forest land and the allocation efficiency of forestry production factors present an inverted U tendency.Secondly,the education level of household leader and the ratio of forestry income accounting for total household income play a significant positive role in promoting the allocation efficiency of f
